Trump Trials Watch I

1) Mr. Bragg was elected by and works for the taxpayers of NY. I don't believe you pay NY taxes.

2) Your concern for certain elements of our criminal class is duly noted.

NYC can use all the funds possible.....

The amusing thing is that I said these cases would flip around and start helping Trump.

Of course other brilliant people claimed "IT WAS A TRAP!"

NYC can use all the funds possible.....

Actually every year NYC ships considerable amounts of taxpayer money to upstate NY and to red states around the country.

Y'all are very welcome. No need for flowers or a thank you note.

And yet there are homeless people sleeping all over the place and food banks are filled.

Shame....

And sends it to your red state friends. Socialism in its purest form.

But hey if you vote for the right people you can stop all that.

If the right people are voted in for NY as a whole the city & state would be a much better place and be able to send even more money to the country.

1) Mr. Bragg was elected by and works for the taxpayers of Manhattan. I don't believe you pay taxes in that jurisdiction.

2) Your concern for certain elements of our criminal class is duly noted.

1) are you so sure we are only talking about the Stormy Daniels steamy payoff case? In fact I was talking bout the Fani Willis DA 101 where she didn't know hiring a contractor made him an employee and thus frowned upon to take benefits from. Judge was a horndog for wanting to hear all that.

2) Thanks. I'll jot that down in my MAGA journal.

I believe the governor and state legislature and other elements of state government have certain supervisory authority over her office. Most of that supervisory apparatus is in Republican hands. The judge overseeing the case is an appointee and close former political aide of Governor Kemp's. I'm sorry that they are not doing their jobs as you would like them to. Unlike you, I have confidence in the judge overseeing the case.

They in fact did not.

They have met to reel that in.

Unlike you I have confidence in Georgia's ability to provide very poorly chosen one with a fair trial. I'm sorry your home state disappoints you so. Hopefully they will accept your petition for a refund. I didn't realize that the judges appointed by Kemp were so corrupt and unfair.

The DA ultimately makes the decision. Sure she can receive pressure from above. But the optics of Republican leadership interfering with a case like this would certainly not do them any favors for re-election. Instead, they let Willis and Dems dig their own grave on a court case they were not clearly never going to win. And what a glorious grave did she ever dig.

Judge McAfee strikes me as an able and fair-minded judge. I think he and a jury of Georgians will do their best to apply the law and facts to this case. Trump has the funds to hire very good lawyers. Whether he lets them do their jobs is another matter. His insistence that his lawyers in NY litigate whether he and Stormy had sex is not a good sign. But the courts are not there to protect defendants against their own stupidity.

Btw which Georgia senate election did you believe was corruptly decided.

It is worth noting that the judge (Mark Scarsi) presiding over Hunter Biden's case is a Trump appointee. I see no reason to doubt he will apply the law fairly and impartially in that case.

And I see no reason to complain that this case represents a waste of taxpayer money.

Which election? How about the one where 380k ballot images are unaccounted for and at the very least 3k ballots were double scanned.

Why don’t we start there?

The one he said was all on the up and up. But the state admitted were missing 380k ballots.

That one. He’s hitting worse than Joey Gallo
