The Biden Presidency

In a world where illegals weren’t inflating the housing market then we would need more housing. That’s obvious and an irrelevant point because we have anywhere from 20-50m illegals destroying markets in the country.

We will revisit and see who is right.

I still remember you vehemently saying I didn’t know what I was talking about regarding nursing homes in NY during Covid.

I still recall you vehemently saying the death rate was less than .01% in 2020, despite clear evidence you were wrong.

There is not a large housing surplus in FL/TX. Nor is there projected to be one anytime soon. A healthy market has plenty of homes in the market AND a plenty of homes being sold. That is exactly what's happening in FL and TX. And if interest rates were better, there would be even more houses sold in FL/TX.

SO now we've gone from 20 million illegals a couple days ago, to 20-50 million illegals today.

lol you can't make this up.

Well you believed that people dying of gunshot wounds were COVID deaths so………..

When did I ever say that?

You yourself posted that life expectancy decreased by 2 years starting in 2020. Death rate also increased about 20% in 2020. If only we could pinpoint a reason why the death rate soared to the highest rate in 80 years. Surely something must have happened in 2020 that caused that to happen....

Yes because fat people and old people died. Doesn’t change the fact the stated IFR was massively overstated because of accounting. That was proven time and time again.

We don't need housing - We need to kick out the 20M people here illegally renting homes.

Once its becomes less lucrative to rent out then PE will stop buying up homes and the market will correct itself.

This is what I was referrring to. You clearly weren't talking about TX.

I'm not getting dragged into this argument again. It doesn't matter if it's higher for a subsect of people (nevermind that roughly half the population falls into the category of fat, old, immuno-compromised or a combination of any of the 3). The rate is/was the rate. They stated was like 1.5% or higher. You said it was less than .01%, I said it was way closer to 1% than .01. You also said that not even 200k people would die.

You were clearly wrong.

There is a range of what people believe with 20m being on low end.

No one believes that. Except you and other insane people. There isn't one bit of legitimate evidence that suggests over 20 million illegals are in the US today.

Not to mention, you literally just stated that TX has 20 million illegals. So, I guess TX has all of them?

It’s cute that you still think a million people died FROM covid.

What evidence could exist to dispute or support the claim?
