Well I’d expect Manhattan to start using this very powerful judiciary branch to start prosecuting all those real violent offenders that they have the turned a blind eye to the last 10 years .

Those things listed are covered by Presidential immunity. I would think you would be happy that someone was prosecuted for cheating in an election. If Biden had committed business fraud to keep the laptop a secret before the 2020 election dont you think he should be prosecuted? Dont tell us your about election integrity then just be fine with committing crimes to cheat in an election.

I disagree with point number 1. Certainly it's a more prestigious position than a county judge in Podunkville, West Virginia with a population of 1,500 people. I wouldn't argue that. But I wouldn't qualify it any higher a position than any other district judge in a city with a population exceeding roughly 100k.

To point 2 and 3, while every judge does have a bias, I believe that a SCOTUS Justice is far less likely to let outside political influences affect their decision, the way a district or circuit court judge possibly would.

And to point 4, she's raised millions of dollars for Democrats while specifically referencing a case that her father presides over. That in and of itself is a massive conflict of interest and reeks of outside political influence. And I would argue the success of her fund raising absolutely makes her personally financially vested in this case (though admittedly, that is bit of a reach).
