I don't think its tyarant behavior at all and you missed the whole point of this (shocker for you!) - Sturg wants to act like RDS was perfect starting from April of 2020 and that he would have done a much different/better job than Trump.

Meanwhile - Trump always trashed masks while RDS was shaming people to get masks in middle of 2021.
