RBI for O'Neil on the fastball. This team is dumb AF. Quit calling it you effin idiot. Tell SS he can't throw it but every now and then.
 
And yeah, thewupk, he looks like a pen guy bc the braves don't know how to put him in a position to succeed. They rushed him and tell him to throw his worst pitch. So yeah, the braves suck at developing pitchers.
 
This year is impossible to get excited about. They might avg. 3 wins out of 5 and make the post but it won't mean it was deserved. They are mailing these games in.
 
Remember that time I wanted the Braves to sign Grichuk for $2M, and AA instead waited and signed Duvall for $3M?

Remember when I criticized the move and was told by several posters that it was fine and I was overreacting?

Do we all still think that?

I mean it would have been nice, but it is like problem 12 of the list of problems. I think a coaching staff that refuses to develop a game plan or use stat data to help players succeed is much greater cause for concern. but to your point, yes, he would have been so much better. but we could also go back and question why they just didn't try harder to keep FF or why they traded 2 prospects plus a better player for an older, inferior, oft injured catcher.
 
Is AA coming to the point where he can no longer be considered the best GM in the game? Just like athletes, they have their window too.
