5/30 GDT - nats game 4

After we destroy him bc he doesn't have experience to be here yet. AJSS last year, and we didn't learn... ruin this kid now

lmao

failing early in the big leagues does not ruin players. expecting them to come up and be average or better pitchers is not the norm.

He has what 12 innings above a+? That's insane. If he were close, he sounds started the season in AA or AAA. And if we would commit to him getting 5-6 starts, I wouldn't mind it. The problem is he will get today, and then he'll get bounced back. Who has this up-down strategy worked for us on?

Just starting to question if the Braves have any scouting department. Why are they letting him throw his 4 seam so much.

Then I got to watch Ozzie and TDA strikeout without seeing a ball in the strike zone.

Getting him 5-6 starts won't really do anything. He stuff screams releiver anyways.

If someone fails because they start out bad then that person was probably never going to be good anyway.

But SS struggles are on whoever is calling the game.

Then use him as a reliever. Who have we done that for out of the farm?

Because we need innings right now. If this dude or any other depth piece works out and provides more then great. But right now the goal is just to get innings and head to the playoffs as healthy as possible. Just like last year or any season to be honest. Believe it or not this group is still a good team.

They do a good job of hiding it

3 of the 4 Red Sox hits are off the fastball, which escheff graded his worst pitch on a random message board. AA and his crew get too much credit.

I am seriously wondering if the entire coaching staff needs to go. Zero reason that someone who gets paid to coach can’t look at simple staircase data and realize his 4 seamer is trash. Yet he is still out there throwing it 50% of the time.

2 fastballs that inning - foul and k swinging. If he throws the fastball very sparingly, it can probably be effective. Throwing it all the time is just dumb. And we have to get him throwing the change more... he only threw it 6% of the time in milb
