Gotta say no there. Even if you want to blame him for the offense tanking credit has to be given for the Sale and Lopez acquisitions especially in light of losing Strider.

Also staying the course on Ozuna has payed off.

I blame Manfred for the offense.
 
Braves signed RHP Matt Carasiti to minor league contract.
Carasiti had a 10.38 ERA in seven appearances out of the bullpen with the Rockies this year. He’ll head to Triple-A and serve as organizational depth for the Braves.
