For starters th eresponsible thing would be to invoke the 25th amendment. In reality - Most democrat elected officials should be booted as well because they all knew Biden was incapable on day 1 but I digress.

Eventually what the D's will end up on is to just make Biden the sacrificial lamb to the impending landslide as all other candidates would lose as well and just PRAY that Vance doesn't coalesce the Trump/RDS/Youngkin voting blocs of the country.

That recent Massachusetts poll was telling as to what’s happening across the country. These are no longer small leads. Tremendous ground will need to be made up by the Biden campaign to even make this a race.
