I missed the getting fired reference... what was the context behind another dumbass talking point?
Well BL was sure to comment for a decent period about how C-Suite people are terrible misogynistic people and his daughter got one fired for making 'an advance' but was unwilling to identify the threats from African migration now that his daughter is in the UK. I posed that all these girls that are raped should be looking at how to get these migrants fired from their jobs.
Ultimately, the BL is willing to take time to hammer C-suite type people but not say anything about the hordes of african migrants that are raping European women.

in my post I made clear that most of the folks in C-suites are very good people
i would not want to use a few rotten apples to demonize an entire group of people
in comparison there those on these boards who regularly demonize various groups based on the behavior of a particular person...it is bigotry plain and simple

A smart society would observe common behaviors from groups of people and do it's best to limit risks to the citizens it's supposed to care for.
A car insurance company charges young men more money than other groups due to the risks that have been demonstrated over a large sample size.
A health insurance company will do the same.
Them doing so isn't bigotry, bit optimizing their service and risk management
The reality is that some groups of demographics behave as a whole worse than others. You can claim that observing truth is racist and bigoted if you want, but doing so has created a crumbling of western society and will continue to do so
BL fashions himself an economist that rely heavily on informed decision using real world data points. He was also one of the first 'statheads' on this forum identifying that statistical analysis provides immense insights.
However, when it comes to politics he pretends that statistics do not exist.

Sure. Some things like insurance can make these distinctions.
Otoh with respect to other thangs like how many votes a person can have, society decided long ago one man one vote (and more recently one woman one vote) is the way to go. Retrograde efforts to disenfranchise marginalized minorities notwithstanding.
I would say citing a rapist who happens to have certain characteristics to demonize all people with this characteristic is bigotry plain and simple. And y'all bigots plain and simple.

actually what I would do is look at common themes among who is conducting the majority of rape and murder and act accordingly
And common themes continually to show themselves - Well to those that haven't been corrupted by the woke mind virus.

lets stipulate that members of group A have a higher propensity to commit crimes than members of group B
it is still bigoted to single out the vast majority of group A who are NOT criminals for differential treatment

Its about loving your fellow man enough to not invite unecessary danger. But you want to pander to female sensabilities and put all women at risk.

With respect to immigration, we should aim to reduce the risk of violent crime as much as possible. And we should use data to do that
With respect to being home, we should put more cops in areas that are more likely to have more crime
