2024 Field

I'm fully aware of the regulations being imported on the crypto industry. Essentially ensuring it gets taxed (self reported though), and that people aren't using it for crime related purposes (anti money laundering). They are essentially just putting laws on the books with hope that people comply, or means for them to add charges to people of they commit financial fraud within the current legal framework.

They haven't, and cannot "stop" bitcoin transactions. They can't take away my bitcoin from me. I'm not speaking morally or legally, I'm saying it is impossible for them to

You understand you need a platform to exchange Crypto currency don't you? The US has already proven they aren't above banning apps like TikTok in the name of national security. If you don't think they aren't capable of banning platforms you need your head examined.

I see we are moving goalposts now. First it was the US can control BTC. Now we are moving towards platforms

The platform that I use is not a US based platform

There are hundreds of platform to exchange BTC. Many are not US based.

Seriously yall are bending over backwards to try to make a point that ain't there.

Bitcoin cannot be controlled by the US government. This isn't moral, legal, or theoretical. It's simply not possible.

That's the point

What I've learned is that most of you have no idea what BTC is, and are operating under the assumption that it's a traditional, everyday security

It's probably why most of you have been on the sidelines while I've been buying for a decade (and still am)

1. If you control the manner in which currency flows, then you effectively control the currency. I could own all of the gold in the world, but if I don't have clear avenue to sell/trade it, then really what use it?

2. Is TikTok a US based platform? Cause the government has already voted to restrict our access to that and it's only a social media app. You really don't think the US government doesn't have the ability to restrict the crypto exchanges you have access to? Surely you aren't that naïve. Now are there ways around that if they do block them? Sure, but at that point you're talking about doing something illegal, and certainly the value would be suppressed.

3. It's already being mandated by the government. And the Dems want to mandate it further.

Just because you think you're Warren Buffett or Bill Ackman doesn't make what you're saying anymore true. There is nothing that the US Government can't regulate. Hell, you brought up gold as an example earlier and yet the US literally regulates the **** out of it as well as owning the largest gold deposits in the world.

Are we back to "polls are fake" ?

Is this me saying the polls are fake?

I believe these are close to the real numbers when Dems are heavily oversampled.

Incredibly sensative and its going to get worse when the polls do exactly what I said they will do in a month.

Honeymoon period almost over?

Eventually Kamala is going to have to field a question from someone right?

And as expected, a Jew can no longer hold a prominent role in the future Democrat party.

Hysterial how much they cater to the hamas caucas.

Well - Thanks for making PA that much easier to take.

Yes, we do know what it is. The problem is that you don't.

Yes, Bitcoin can be controlled.

You are not a tech guy and it shows. I was at one time a certified network administrator so I know a bit about security.

You actually thought Bitcoin was completely anonymous. It isn't.

You don't even know what a 51% attack is or how it works.

I can't believe they didn't pick Whitmer or Shapiro.

What a blunder.

In reality - This just shows how dysfunctional and idiotic the future of the Democrat party is...

There is going to be a lot of defections from the Democrat party during Trumps second term when the hamas/communist section of the party loses in spectacular fashion in November.

Then we can have the 'muh principle' crowd and the islamists/communists be completely irrelevant and let the pragmatists fix the country.

Is it official now that the heart of American Anti-Semitism resides in the highest levels of the Democrat Party?

There is literally no other reason.

Congrats Democrats - You are the Jew hater party.

Could be Shapiro turned it down?

But yeah this pick is a dud. I doubt the Harris campaign gets any kind of bump from this.
