Yeah the reason we're not winning the division is because of our play vs. teams under .500. We're 14 games over .500 vs. teams over .500 (47-33) vs 1 game under .500 vs teams under .500 (26-27)

If we were our normal winning percentage now vs. teams below .500 (rounding to .550) we'd have 3 more wins. If we were league average (.583) we'd have 5 more wins tied with the phillies if we had the same record as the Phillies (pencil math has it as .627) we'd have 7 more wins. passing them.

Losing series to the White Sox, Rockies, and Nationals is our problem, if we were even just 9-8 vs those teams instead of 6-11 we'd be so much better off.
