A couple of observations. Glassnow's fWAR is 3.8 which would rank him 6th in the NL but he doesn't have enough IP to qualify. Huge loss for the Dodgers. Looking at the top starters Fried somehow ranks 9th in the NL with 2.7 fWAR among qualified starters. Didn't think he was having anywhere close to that good of a season.

More than likely. Like the Braves when we got Sale he was gonna be a weapon come October. Big loss for them. They will no doubt grab Fried in the offseason.
