What agencies are prosecuting Trump? The DoJ under Merrick Garland hasn't charged Trump with any crimes. The FBI is an investigation branch and don't prosecuted anyone. So are you telling me the DA office in Atlanta is investigating this or is it the SDNY?

First off I have never been and will never be a Democrat. You just need me to be because you can't accept that a conservative doesn't support Trump. Second, I don't want Trump assassinated. You people are insufferable enough already. Last thing I want is to see is Republicans trying to one up each other in terms of grief at his orange corpse to try to curry favor from his base. Because that's exactly what would happen. And third, you are playing semantics not me. You could technically say a special counsel is under the DoJ but Jack Smith does not work directly for the DoJ. Garland was actually more fair to Trump naming a registered independent to be his special counsel and named a Republican to investigate the Bidens.

It remains to be seen how a Judge handles a former President who is convicted of serious crimes. I can understand not sentencing him to prison for defrauding banks in NY but stealing national security documents I can't see them simply allowing house arrest. And I see little chance of no prison time of convicted of RICO. They would be taking a giant dump on the justice system to not give him prison time for that ****.
If he wins he has already said he will obstruct justice to prevent his prosecution and by the time he leaves office he will probably croak before the RICO case is adjudicated.
