GDT 10/2/24: Braves @ Padres - WC Game 2 - Gotta Win to Survive

That inning and game is entirely on Fried. Two outs no one on and he throws a meatball to the 9 hole hitter. Not to mention the garbage pitches he threw to Machado and Merrill.
 
What really screwed us was not clinching sooner and burning SS like we did. I would trust him and Lopez over Fried.
 
He's thrown every hitter after Harris an off speed pitch on the first pitch...and these fckn buffoons have not caught onto it...unreal.
 
Well, may as well get on of my 3rd or 4th post this year before the season ends.

I cut the cable and didn't follow closely this year but if you look at the opening day lineup and look at this one and the starting pitching, they did well to finish high enough to get in.
 
Fried is a good #3 or a low end 2 but he is not an ace. It’ll be interesting to see what he signs for.
 
Bad luck, bad team. Sad way for Fried‘s Braves career to end. Big time shakeup is needed - personnel wise and mentality wise. You can keep pointing to the injuries, but this playbook has unfolded every single year except one for the past quarter century.

Braves had playoff success with Swanson and FF. The new leadership on this team is crap.
