Pretty much everyone on the right thinks everything is a crime if it negatively impacts Trump. Since when do US Marshals go looking for someone for a non-criminal hearing. Lots of people delay getting served. I dont recall US Marshalls looking for Googliani who managed to hide from servers for months.

Why dont they just name a special prosecutor and get this over with. Theres nothing anywhere that says a President who was indicted before becoming President can use the office to delay the proceedings. So if Trump wins and he has to have his RICO trial in the middle of his Presidency I dont wanna see any hissy fits from the Trump tards. I know they will anyways, thats who they are and thats their favorite play in the playbook. Play the victim. No matter what.
 
This really gets to the point of why I treat some of you the way I do. You got nothing of substance. You are just going through circles in your own head trying to justify why someone else doesnt agree with you. I had nothing against Trump. I didnt vote for him but I rooted for him in 2016 to beat Hillary. What turned me off were the attacks on supporters/allies who disagreed on any one issue and Trump and his supporters war on reality. Like they can just say "nope" to anything and no sell it and attack anyone who believes their lying eyes and ears. You hear Trump ask Russia to help his campaign in 2016 live on national TV? "Nope." But he literally asked Putin to find and release Hillarys emails on live national TV and mentioned a reward by the media who supposedly all hate him and cheat to help Hillary but will reward Putin for helping Trump by releasing them. "Nu uh". Whats that Trumps on tape showing off our classified war plans with Iran to random people. "Nope". Thats what drove me away. MAGA told me I wasnt wanted because its 100% for Trump or you are the enemy. So be it.

I dont know about you but if I was being tried for a crime and the prosecutor was inexperienced I wouldnt be trying to get a more qualified and experienced prosecutor to prosecute me. But Trumps goal is to never have to face trial because he knows he is guilty as sin. Smart move when you have no legal defense for your actions.

I don't know how the make this simpler. If you are charged with a crime. Do you want an experienced prosecutor who knows what he is doing or a kid straight out of law school who is reading "lawyering for Dummies"?
 
Yeah, and I want Anna Kournikova naked on a waterbed. Every defendant prefers a case dismissed. Was Wade even involved in the investigation and charging decisions? Wasn't he hired to prosecute the case? Would be kind of weird for a guy to be hired to prosecute a case just unilaterally dismissing the case. The Judge probably wouldn't even accept that.
