Every prosecutor is given a scope of their duties when assigned. Durham was assigned just like Smith was and given a scope of what to investigate. You people did this same **** with Mueller. Both Smith and Mueller acted with more integrity and professionalism than Durham. What was Muellers conviction rate 100%? And Durham was 0 for 2 unless you want to give him credit for convicting the guy who confessed before he even took the case.
 
The law as written was pretty clear. Precedent should add to a law, not rewrite it.

She let the case continue because she wanted to hear both sides. However, some of the things she put in her writings she highly questioned Smith's legal arguments. She has access to the same things I've shown you in regards to law and precedent.

One way or the other the chance of this going to trial was slim and none.

She was overturned several times. I dont know why you are fine with Cannon allowing the case to proceed but mad at the DC Judge to do the same. Her ruling on Smith didnt even set a precedent and Smith was still prosecuting the DC case. This case was going to trial 100% if not for the Presidency exception. And it still will if he lives long enough. Proof of that will be when he pardons himself for it on the way out the door.

Every judge gets overturned.

In fact, the case where she was overturned for wanting a 3rd party to oversee the documents she ended up being correct on.
She didn't trust the DOJ and their prosecutors so what happens? Jack Smith and team tampered with the evidence which also would have ended the case in time.

I know what you were getting at. We have argued about it before. It's not really relevant when Trump has the most favorable situation anyone can have in a court case having a Judge he personally appointed and would be in position to give her a promotion in the near future.

Let me remind you even Bill Barr admits these charges were legit and he agrees with you on almost everything.
