Or logical, rather.

CGI basically killed this (sub)genre (along with poor acting, malformed plots, ****ty music, etc.) There is little to like about the movies you listed unless the viewer is 10 and can't comprehend anything except explosions, screaming, and villainy.
 
People didn't like the new Spider man movie?

Also, I'm oddly psyched to watch Godzilla.

Yeah ranking any of the Tobey Maguire Spiderman's as a good movie, and I'm the one with bad taste????

X2 was a solid movie . Nothing special, and that's where the XMEN franchise basically decided, hey let's see how many semi-popular XMEN characters we can fit into one movie who have nothing to do with the plot.
 
First Class was an awesome movie. Plots will change for the movie script and that happens frequently.

Don't remember the comics all too well but Parker was not supposed to be an overwhelmingly introverted person in the cartoons. I thought Toby was too much of a "dork". I like the new casting and tone of the movie.

Really? You and Hawk are like the only people I know who don't like that. Infact google a list of best superhero movies and at least one of the Spidermen movies makes it top 10.

X2 was a great movie. I mean I prefer the original personally but most people I know prefer 2.

That's exactly what spiderman was supposed to be though.

He was supposed to be an introverted geek. Top of class, shy around women, etc. It's literally the character. Tobey was cast perfectly.

And so was Spiderman. It was about the evolution of superpowers on personality. Giving him confidence to talk to and get the girl, etc.
 
That is not how I remember it at all. Peter Parker transformation in personality was pretty quick.

I just can't stand the old spidermans because they absolutely ruined my favorite super hero character of all time...Venom.

Everyone associated with the spiderman trilogy should be put in jail because of that.
