Ya know, I have no issues with letting the courts determine whether or not some act or law is constitutional, so I don’t think democracy is at stake. But I do think it’s vital that the courts at least make the government work for it if they’re going to change the ****ing constitution. I also don’t think it’s good when Presidents try to declare something about the constitution they don’t like just isn’t part of it. Biden tried the same **** with declaring an Amendment existed and it was also wrong. It’s not the end of democracy, but it’s still a bit of a bother when the courts get tied up determining if the 14th Amendment can be altered via EO.

Good, he shouldn’t have been demoted for his views on political organizations. Curious to see the details of how he became eligible to win a lawsuit based on what happened, but glad that he did. Is it because he was a government employee or something with his contract, or did the department just do a really, really poor job with the paperwork?
 
It's funny they cheer that but they are cool with firing any FBI agents that worked on any of Trump's criminal cases. Replace antifa and BLM with MAGA in his posts and they would support far more than a demotion.

What the firefighter said was borderline imo. Antifa are thugs but when you label just label the entirety of BLM as thugs I have to believe that person has some racial hatred in their heart. Calling protestors stupid for wanting cops to stop murdering people is something alright. I bet this guy calling people protesting police violence gets preferential treatment from cops. Maybe a black cop should come pull him over plant drugs on in then beat the **** out of him while wearing no bodycam then charge him with hurting the cop and we will see if he thinks protestors are stupid.

Gonna make a prediction 3 years in advance. Trump is going to challenge term limits in court arguing it only bars him from running after 2 consecutive terms. The stooges will laught now then defend it in 3 years.

Kash Patel announced the FBI has arrested 2 current and one former military member for stealing government documents. They won't win but they got a good case for selective prosecution.
