4/16: strider is back

Snitker was hard too. He had that look on his face like “damn this is going to be fun if I can get this beast to October”

They need to bring up Verdugo ASAP. I doubt he'll be great, but he's undoubtedly an improvement over De la Cruz, White and Kelenic.

There should never be a world where Strider is throwing under 96. He's essentially useless when he's hitting 95 and below. Dude needs to turn this shit back up.

We really need to hope he's just scared to throw all the way yet. If this is it, he's done as an elite starter

Strider is gonna have to be our closer. He ain't pre-injury strider no more
This is overkill lol, but he used to do this all the time pre-injury. It’s actually what inflated his ERA—he’d have random innings where he completely lost command. He’d get blown up, then come back and throw five more innings with one hit and 10 Ks. I was hoping he didn't do this as much anymore... but time will tell, I suppose.

Thankfully, he got out of that inning unscathed.
