The play this offseason should be to trade Murphy for a prospect package, move Acuna to DH, and make a run at Bichette and Tucker. AA should have upwards of $100M in 2026 payroll to spend. The window is closing soon, so he may as well blow the budget for a couple more WS runs.

Absolutely. I’ve tried to keep some patience with Snit, but I’ve just about run out

This team/organization needs a jolt in a major way. Whether it be a major trade, letting Snit go, whatever else it may be, something has to happen. This team has talent and there’s no dad gum reason to be playing like crap game in and game out. I’m officially fed up. I’ve tried to keep my patience with this team, but I’m just about out of patience. The Braves can no longer say they’ve got time to turn things around. We’re in June now. It’s no longer early. If you’re going to do anything this season, then the time is now to get their butts in gear and get it going. No way this team should be fighting to get to .500 in the first days of June. Freaking pathetic

I cannot believe they would actually do that. But I’m starting to wonder….people are getting pissed, and it’s not just around here any more.

Can't remember snit busting out players. He's feeling heat. Everyone stay home a week or 2... let attendance drop down, and snit will be toast

The overall strategy of resetting the luxury tax during the season both Acuna and Strider were 100% going to miss a large chunk of the season is sound strategy. As long as they spend next offseason it may have been worth it.
