To a point I am, but even I am surprised at this. I thought at worst this was a .500 season to a ceiling of 85 wins. Now I think 70 wins is in the conversation. You cannot lose talent like Freeman, Swanson, and Fried and expect to just keep rolling. The people running the organization deserve this for the stupid decisions they made.

Well they did keep rolling until literally now. The only move I realistically have issues with his Freeman and that's because you still gave a 1B a long deal seconds after moving on. Swanson is a medicore hitter that's overpaid. Fried is great but that deal is super long and won't end well.

I disagree that we were rolling from '22-24. 2023 was an anomaly and even so it was a failure as it did not translate to the playoffs. I miss Freddie's contact, I miss Fried's nearly guaranteed quality starts, I miss Swanson's smooth defense and fire.
