How hard is this contact off waldrep?

I've been trying to figure that out. Baseball Savant only has a couple of exit velocities on his at-bats. For some reason, only one at-bat after Eli White's HR has been recorded on their site, so it must be a venue issue.

Waldrep appears to have great movement on his pitches. He gets a lot of swings and misses on pitches out of the zone, but needs to be able throw strikes more consistently.
