GDT 8-18: White Sox at Braves

White Sox hitter told Luke "fck you"....that dude seems like a joy to be around. Good grief man lighten up.
 
I mean, I am all about giving guys breaks in what would be a blow out.. but why Harris.. he took the entire first half off.. doesn't have two repaired knees and is the reason you are in this game to begin with.. one of that is..
 
and why are you punting any games against one of the worst teams and basically a must win every game... you can punt games in Oct when you are on vacation.
 
I know this will not be a popular opinion, but I am going to say it anyway.

I think this season will turn out to be a huge wake-up call for the team, the FO and the individual players. They will be embarrassed, and come back in ST with a new resolve.

They will be in better shape because they will take the offseason more seriously, there will be a new manager, new coaches, and AA will not be encumbered by the Tax threshold, so he will have greater opportunity to improve the team.

I am optimistic that these guys are better than this, and they know it.
