I saw that, pretty interesting. I still think the Paul foul call is what I'd really be mad about.
I think they showed a side view which clearly showed that as a foul. I don't even think Rivers complained about it. I could be wrong though.

That doesn't show anything, it looks like CP3's hand is BEHIND RW not ON him.
Really...we're talking about a series defining call. You can't call a pinky foul. There is a foul on every single possesion, but it's not called cause it would ruin the game. Even if his pinky touched his elbow you can't make that call imo. Not to mention to me it looked like Paul went straight up. He has the right to go straight up and challenge a shot. Any pinky contact was initiated by Westbrook going forward imo. Having said all that Paul played like a jv high school player down the stretch.
Did you see the Memphis/OKC series? The refs are going to allow more physical play in the playoffs. Your team has to play through it.
Are the Clippers even arguing that wasn't a foul? Doc certainly complained about the refs review. Why stop there?
Meanwhile Russ possibly gets tapped with a pinkie and "its the right call"
Foul calls are at least arguable. Who the ball went off last is not.
I didn't say he got tapped by a pinky. I said the picture shows the pinky wrapped around his arm which indicates more of the hand being on the shooter. No amount of contact should be tolerated on a shooters arm and you know that. That is exactly how it is written in the rule book. THe physical play is about rebounding and driving tot he basket and fighting through screens. Foul calls like that have been always called.
So when I talked about Wizards driving to the hole and getting hacked on the arms, it's ok bc it's "physical play?"
