I come from a long line of farmers. My grandfathers were farmers as well as my great grandfathers. I own 1 of the farms. Been in my family for 5 generations and though I’m a cartographer it’s still farmed. My cousin told me today his soybeans still haven’t sold. He followed by saying “I didn’t vote for Trump.” I knew he didn’t. He just needed say it out loud because he is suffering. 1st story on the news tonight was Trump bailing out Argentina. American soybean farmers… you got screwed!!!

I guess I’m just a bit skeptical right now because there’s been an all-out blitz to declare that there’s an attack against ICE at every turn with little evidence for many of the claims. Those claims are in turn being used to stomp on individual liberties and escalate law enforcement operations around the country. I don’t doubt that the cartels would do such a thing, but very thankfully there’s sort of a lack of assassinated agents.

This is just a bunch of mental gymnastics being performed to justify designating a non-organization as such for the purposes of using our awful terrorism laws to overly prosecute people and take action against people who aren’t actually committing crimes.

If you’re merely at a protest with an Antifa flag, you’re not committing a crime. But if Antifa is a terrorist organization, suddenly we have the authority to treat you as a criminal anyway because you are actively consorting with known terrorists.
