I thought we had already hashed this out.

Colombia and Ecuador were free to come into our cities to kill our drug users (starting with Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City and Miami) as reparations for the destruction of their countries.

I would prefer to export superior culture than to import inferior culture. It seems simple to me.

Waving the Somalian flag in Minneapolis no more means the imposition of Somali culture than waving the Confederate flag would signal takeover of slave-owning plantation culture. Different folks will find their sensibilities offended by each.

there is at least one sitting governor fond of confederate iconography

and a president (famous in part for claiming he doesn't like losers) who has restored the names of loser confederate generals to military bases

So do you believe that Minneapolis culture would be better moving towards Somalian culture or not?

I don't know anything about this candidate and what effect he would have on Minneapolis

i do know it doesn't bother me that he is waving a Somali flag

and i suspect you haven't posted anything around here about the negative implications of electing officials with a fondness for confederate iconography

My specific question to you which you have failed to answer is whether Minneapolis would benefit culturally if it moved more towards Somalian culture?
