New Manager Discussion

Lehmann has had the best of everything out in LA while Lombard had less in Detroit and did pretty well. It'll be interesting to see how Lehmann does outside of LA.
It’s really just that Lombard is a former MLB player and top prospect, so we know he can relate to the clubhouse on that front. He’s also apparently bi-lingual, so he will have an easier time communicating with the Spanish-speaking players. All that while also being analytically savvy. I’m just a little afraid that Lehmann might be all analytics, but that’s really based on nothing other than his resume compared to Lombard’s.

I'll be fine with either one. At least we have 2 good options available and it doesn't look like it'll be Weiss.

I dont think a manager has as big of an impact game as some think. But Weiss even over Flaherty or Ross is crazy. Maybe AA thinks there'll be a lockout in 27 but idk man.
