Lolita Express is finally arrested.

If you’ve been reading the Jeffrey Epstein emails or following the discussions about them, there are names you’re probably seeing: Michael Wolff, Peter Thiel, Larry Summers, Noam Chomsky, the commoner formerly known as Prince Andrew, Peggy Siegal, Kathryn Ruemmler, Deepak Chopra. Politicians and celebrities, business leaders and academics, friends and frenemies — a boldfaced roster of the famous and the infamous who corresponded with the convicted sex offender, attended his dinner parties or sought his counsel.

There are other names you might not be seeing at all: Courtney Wild, Rachel Benavidez, Michelle Licata, Maria Farmer, Annie Farmer, Liz Stein, Jess Michaels, Marina Lacerda, Danielle Bensky, Anouska De Georgiou, Shawna Rivera. Those are some of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims, scores of whom have come forward and accused Mr. Epstein of sexually abusing them.

The women’s names have been redacted from the 20,000 pages of documents that Congress released last week. But often no redaction was necessary, because there’s no name to be covered up. In Mr. Epstein’s world, and in his gossipy, elliptical, frequently misspelled correspondence, women were often described by categories: “hawain tropic girl,” “my 20 year old girlfriend in 93,, that after two years i gave to donald,” “girls in bikinis” or, simply, “the girls,” as in, Trump “knew about the girls.” In her memoir, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, the best known of Mr. Epstein’s survivors, wrote that he “liked to tell friends that women were merely ‘a life-support system for a vagina.’Twenty years after Mr. Trump mused about grabbing women by the genitals, Mr. Epstein’s emails are an unwelcome reminder of how some powerful men think and talk about women.

The world has never been kind to women who accuse powerful men of sex crimes. Despite that, Mr. Epstein’s survivors have displayed tremendous courage. They’ve given interviews and news conferences. They’ve appeared in documentaries and on podcasts. Ms. Giuffre’s memoir, “Nobody’s Girl,” is currently on best-seller lists. On Sunday, a group of survivors released a public service announcement urging viewers to ask their representatives in Congress for a “yes” vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act bill, which is now expected to land on President Trump’s desk shortly. In a different world, Ms. Giuffre might have appeared in the video, or on talk shows. She might be headlining rallies, telling her story, explaining why this is more than a political scandal. She didn’t live long enough to have that chance.

It’s hard to tune out the gossip and listen instead to the people who paid the price for Mr. Epstein’s cruel depravity. “Victims” — like “girls” — is a category, while the boldfaced names in the emails are titillating and specific. “Girls and women harmed by powerful men” is sadly not a new story. And little can compete with the revolting sight of sophisticated, powerful people fawning over a moral leper.

" the revolting sight of sophisticated powerful
people fawning over a moral leper"

It is something to behold. And I would wager they all knew what kind of person he was and the nature of his activities. As indicated by the wink-wink entries submitted to his birthday book. They all found some sort of benefit or enjoyment from associating with him.

I’ll be honest.

I’m somewhat intrigued by Epstein’s ability to develop close personal friendships with powerful people from all walks of life and across ideology.

I imagine Donald Trump and Larry Summers would be pretty different hangs. Epstein seemed close to both. Quite a super power

It’s not like Epstein was a mid card guy.

He was also very wealthy.

Probably the rumors of him giving info/spying on behalf of the Mossad might have some truth to it. If he was making close friends with the most important policy makers and politicians and such it would be perfect insurance material for Israel or any government.

I mean Clinton, Bill Richardson (Sec State), Larry Summers (Economic Policy), Trump was a big donor and former registered Dem too, and best friends with Epstein for 20 years, Dershowitz, etc.

In all honesty most of the elites are all good friends. In public the make take sides or PR but they’re in an exclusive club.

It's worth noting not every person Epstein had ties to knew he was a sexual predator and took part of his business in it.

Some may have known and still didn't take part of his horrible acts. Some people I think were tied to him because of his wealth and connections. As long as they didn't have sex with Children I won't condemn then for lack of judgment. Even if they did other things to enable him. I think the ties to Ghislaine are the ones I'm more concerned about. And maybe I'm wrong, but the limited reading I've been able to do basically paints a picture that she was the one doing the recruiting for Epstein. So for example if Elon did contact her about "Karate lessons" that is a concern for me.

"Vote for the bad orange man or the woman who wanted boys in the locker room while my girls swim team is changing ? "
Funny story ( not ha-ha) Trump was said to frequent the locker rooms of his Miss USA contested.
That is on record

Is that what she advocated or defended?
pretty sure that isn't what she said or if I may ---, meant
I mean if everyone else can read into her intentions, i might as well offer my 2 cents
And how many instances of this on record ?
are they boys ?
and, how does the girls swim team feel about this ?
All i hear from is " concerned " parents projecting their own twisted projected / prejudices

So yes, a non issue
or so far beside the point

are they still " eating the dogs and cats " ??
There is literally video and eye witness testimony of immigrants in Ohio grilling a cat on a backyard grill. Trump got the town wrong.

Wrong town and the person was a US born citizen…
Different video, but the Haitian part was wrong:

We spoke with the author of the video, who asked to remain anonymous but confirmed its time, location, and authenticity. He told us that he was picking up his son last summer, when he noticed the unusual situation. “It was some Africans that stay right next door to my kid’s mother,” he said. “This African dude next door had the damn cat on the grill.”

We then identified the home by matching it to the visuals in the video and cross-referencing them with the eyewitness. When we knocked on the door of the first unit, a family answered, telling us they were from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and that all of the surrounding units were occupied by other African migrants.

One of the residents told us that her former neighbors, also from Africa, had lived in the adjacent unit until last month. They had a blue grill and the father would find meat in the neighborhood. “Her dad was going to find meat,” she said. “Her dad was going, holding a knife.” The current residents also showed us a blue grill of the same make and model as in the video, which the former neighbors had abandoned after they moved out. There were at least ten cats wandering around the complex and another resident complained that they were breeding on the property.

According to the original witness, whose son was friendly with the neighbors, there was no doubt about what happened last summer. “They was barbecuing the damn cat!” he said. His son’s mother had previously witnessed the family butchering a mammal on the street, but the cats on the barbeque put him in such a state of shock, he felt the need to film it.
