Actually I change my mind, every year a person receives direct welfare, they have to serve as many years not receiving that before they can vote again.

So pur common stories of 32 year SNAP recipients would have ro be productive for 32 years before thay can dictate policy for me

Would this include childhood years spent as a member of a family receiving SNAP benefits.
