Another interesting guess — but the actress is not Rachel Weisz, and the film is not The Mummy (nor any of its sequels). You're in the correct half-decade, though.

Alright: not sure if anyone's going to get this, so I think I'll just spill the beans: it's a shot from Wings of the Dove, a 1997 adaptation of Henry James' 1902 novel of the same name. The woman, weso, while perhaps looking like Rachel Weisz, is in fact Helena Bonham Carter.
