I havent watched the video but im with the crew that believes ICE agent should be punished to the fullest extent of the law if its deemed the shooting was not justifiable

Having said the obvious...

These people are choosing to get up, put on militia clothes, arm themselves, walk into a federal operation, and choose to cause disruption with the federal operation. He did not spawn on the sidewalk and find himself randomly in harms way. There is agency here

The governor two weeks ago are encouraging this. He called for war against ICE. He's getting it. Sadly, people die in war
 
How exactly was he drawing a gun with about 7 officers on top of him beating him and pistol whipping him?

10+ shots for protecting a woman who was violently pushed to the ground for legally videoing... this is murder

They found the signal chats of all the organization. This is being centrally coordinated. I have a feeling that this escalatory operation in MN is targeted for this purpose.

It takes two to war. Nobody was going to immediately die if the protest continued. The government also has agency when it decides to engage aggressively with these protestors.

They wouldn’t know who he was when they approached him on the street. Unless his conduct caused them to use lethal force, there shouldn’t have been lethal force. His identity is irrelevant.

We don't know exactly what was happening. I'm not trying to determine what they knew or not just what they saw. I see someone with a high likelihood to incite for past grievances and clearly very politically active (another term for radical). So when I try to create the scenario based on what I'm seeing to determine if I think they acted correctly his liklihood to be a nut factors in.
