Sitting in a hotel room with my wife/5yo/newborn in last day of a vacation in Fort Lauderdale. She was a fan of the show
 
Getting a few good belly laughs at the people celebrating the viewership of the TPUSA concert as if it’s a big middle finger to the NFL as they broadcast it during the exact time that viewers can then return to the Super Bowl and watch all the ads. NBC and the NFL should send TPUSA a thank you card.

The NFL gets to advertise a Bad Bunny concert, and TPUSA chips in to have a concert promoting viewership of the Super Bowl. A+ work.
 
I think it’s genuinely fair for fans who don’t enjoy his music and don’t want to listen to Spanish to tune out and complain about the show, but if you watched that halftime and came away outraged, you should consider being normal instead.

Same thing with the Kid Rock concert. It’s not racist to prefer Kid Rock to Bad Bunny. It’s not outrageous to choose the event that was explicitly created for your enjoyment. Sucks that you have no actual music talent in your pipeline and you have to pretend that Kid Rock is awesome again, but it’s perfectly fine.

That this is how the internet has chosen to engage with the Super Bowl is mostly sad, but I feel like tonight went swimmingly for the NFL.
