Michael Sam

There are always critics for everything. All attention, good and bad, was of his own doing anyway.

I agree that he should keep that stuff in the closet, for our sakes as well as his, for as we all know it's just a matter of time until he gets caught drunk fighting outside a strip club, or some similar indignation.

I consider "ragging" going on and on and on and on and on ad infinitum about a guy and his behavior, which I rarely do about anyone. It would make for either ulcers or a short career in my line of work.

Is anyone "ragging" on Sam? You better not, bc one tweet will get you a suspension and sensitivity training. THE LGBT crowd is powerful, indeed

I was only reacting to Bedell's response to my earlier post about Tebow. I don't think anyone is particularly ragging on Sam. People are saying what they feel and they have a right to that.

Yes. Tulloch and Scheffler, for instance. And there were other examples of grumbling - and that's okay -fine - their right.

"So hostile to professing christians..."

Beside the point.

...

Not at all, really.

Yes. Tulloch and Scheffler, for instance.

Ok, I had no idea.

I don't disagree with your statements, necessarily. I think that they are factually true, as far as I know. I do question the relevance of the comparison and the degree to which criticism of Tebow came from anyone within the NFL.

Nobody had to take sensitivity training for Tebow comments

Sturg do you believe companies have a right to send employees for sensitivity training and have the right to discipline them if they refuse?

Then again, I also think it's fine for private business to refuse service to blacks, gays, whites, or kittens - and that makes me a monster.

Professional sports teams need new, more interesting names to reflect the times and attract more fans. Here's a game I'd go to, maybe even if it was ice hockey:

The Christians vs The F*A*G*S

I am going to report you to the authorities for defamation.
