I’m against removing these tariffs. Bad decision. Market wasn’t fair before so why doesn’t have 59 be “free” now.

Lets see if it actually happens before I hyperventilate about it

There is a pass through for a smaller amount and yes the ones who bare the most of thst are wealthy people who consume more.

Sure the economy is going great but it would be even better if we did this. Definitely the argument in April that was used!

I don’t think the economy is doing “great”.

I don’t think the reason why the economy is unstable is due to 13% tariffs though I think it would be better if the tariffs were closer to where they were a year ago (counterfactual based on analyses you reject at face value. Why bother).

Why bother to discuss an exploding economy and reindustrialization of the homeland coupled with low inflation and incredible real wage growth.

I get why you wouldn’t bother arguing against that.

I'm going to poke for the next 10 years as Libertarian economic ideology is shown to be the farse that it is in the modern economy.

I knew the day would come where it would be 'well the economy would be doing even better if we did this'

My friends can pretend that they didn't project doom and gloom in April 25. I'm here for it.
