2026 : Around the League

Again, he was pretty amazing coming into last night. 0.00 ERA. 7/2 K/BB ratio in 5 IP.
Well in that case we can pretend last night didn’t happen and the Mets can too. So do they win then?

Besides the point anyway. Iglesias has been better, is less volatile, and is on a less risky contract. It was a good deal.

I also recall Iglesias getting dinged by some…all year…for some early season stinkers.

It's just factually incorrect. You said Williams has been pretty ass. He had been virtually unhittable until yesterday's game. If he's sporting a 4+ ERA with poor peripherals in mid June, we can revisit this.,

Iggy was indeed ass up until about July last year, Luckily he turned it around.

That big of a blow up is ass.

Skenes is one of these Pre-Madonna Pitchers who need to throw 97+ to be effective. Elder is a real old school pitcher getting people out ramping it up to 92. Bryce could throw 100 with electric stuff and break in under 2 years like all those star pitchers on the DL but he is smarter. He plays the long game. Thats why the villagers named him Elder. True story.
