GDT #50: May 26, 2014 Red Sox (Buchholz) @ Braves (Santana), 1:10pm EST

I pride myself on my getting too mad, but I'm livid. You give up 5 runs, get runs. Just do it. They don't. I don't get this team. You have to play harder than that. Santana needs a start to sort crap out.

That Ortiz home run was eerily reminiscent of one by Mike Piazza in NY in 2000 when the Braves blew something like a seven run lead. I'd be shocked if we wind up winning this.

It's about to start raining it looks. Also, wood struck him out and it wasn't close. Of course, we don't get the call.

Why didn't Fredi have Avilan come in there to pitch to Ortiz?

if it was so Santana could be the pitcher of record it blew up in his face.

Seriously, I find it hard to blame Fredi for not pulling his starter who enters the fifth with a low pitch count and a 5 run lead, and is leading off the bottom of the inning.

I don't care with what he entered with or if he was going to be the pitcher of record. He was showing of signs of collapse and with Ortiz coming up he should have been taken out.

Sox fans are the most obnoxious people I've ever been around. Their team is terrible and they've lost 10 in a row and they act like they've done something.

If you hear of a fight breaking out in sec 324 don't be suprised.
