GDT #50: May 26, 2014 Red Sox (Buchholz) @ Braves (Santana), 1:10pm EST

This is embarrassing how loud the cheers are for the Red Sox. Can't wait to move into Braves country.

the problem is the fans in Atlanta aren't vocal. instead of doing the chop or a lets go braves chant, they just booo

it is like the fans at turner are scared to make noise or show excitement most of the time

i mean, my friends and I have had security called on us and asked to sit down while standing and cheering and it was a playoff game
 
Bases loaded. Wow. Take Ian out. There's no logical reason to keep him in. We have a bullpen full of guys who are just fine.
 
I'm sorry, but this is embarrassing. 7-6 to a team we were up 6-1 on. This is my opinion, is the lack of heart that I see from time-to-time with this team. No logical reason to do this. Even more, Fredi is an idiot.

This is on one person and only one person. Santana. Dude had 2 outs and nobody on and gave up 5 straight runs.
 
Fredi refusing to take out pitchers struggling will likely cost us this game. No reason to blow a big 6-1 lead. I also don't know why Gattis was sit after his big game yesterday and two AL games coming soon (meaning he can rest via DH in those games).
 
Shouldn't have given up any runs this inning but Ian Thomas with the bonehead play to not cover first. He had nothing today.
