Yeah I'm not sure championing lack of population growth is the W that people think it is.

I'm not saying it's good or bad. But it's a weird thing ot get excited for when talkign about that. Seems like a way to make California look better than Texas as the only goal. When Dems shouldn't be putting down Texas but trying to appeal to people who don't feel represented there.
