Where's My Cup of Coffee?
Reading up on him, all I can say is I hope they don't take him in the first.
I just read where Matt Garrioch mentioned him as someone he is hearing a lot of things about, as well as Maryland's Jake Stinnet.

Stinnet has been used and abused worse than Fredi has done to any pitcher.
They were talking about this--not about Stinnet in particular--this morning on the MLB cable channel. You really have to take into account how college pitchers were used by their college coaches. There are a lot of high school coaches that ride their prize arms too much, but many high school athletic associations (both state and local) limit how much a kid can pitch. Not so at the college level and some of those coaches are murder on their guys.
I don't have specifics, but I know Maryland would blink at letting him throw 140 pitches.
My teammate in high school threw 173 pitches in our regional quarterfinals. He would also be regularly used for a couple batters, go into field, come back in for a few batters. I also played with a guy that got taken out, he iced arm and started running, and the reliever got into trouble, so he was placed back in the game.
Georgia Southern left SP Sam Howard in for 137 pitches I think vs Fsu in the regionals. Really liked his stuff. Not sure how often they did that though.
He's a guy that Kendall Rogers just posted on twitter about. Said he is hearing that he is rising. The lefty 2 hit and shut out FSU.
I read a scouting report on Stinnet after you posted your comment and he did go over 140 pitches.
Can your high school teammate raise his arm above his shoulder. That's damn near unconscionable (unless he was a knuckleballer).
I went with Matt Imhof, didn't I?
It's going to be wrong, but I'll stick with that. It fits with their recent history.
Max Pentecost 9th to the Blue Jays.
Nobody wastes first round draft picks like the Atlanta Braves, fortunately we are pretty good at picking up some great players in the later rounds.
