doesn't matter who the manager is or who the pitcher is you don't take out a guy who is pitching a no hitter.

There's exceptions to every rule. Minor hasn't just pitched poorly but he has been Homer prone. In a 1 run game with the best closer in the game who is fresh it's not a question what to do really.
