So we're not supposed to believe witnesses, but one video, posted to a forum with no context? I hope you're just being the Devil's Advocate.
I was actually just referring to the incorrect labeling of a massive public brawl as a flash mob.
But...
Do you really believe that group of black teenagers beating up a single white teenager is a situation bereft of racial hatred? Seems naive.

Except they attacked people of both races. I'd more likely blame this on dumb teenagers and ****ty parents, than anything racially motivate
The Police Director is a brotha. Of course he's going to say it's not a hate crime.
I love the show The First 48. I just realize that the police director pictured above used to be on the show when he was only a lowly detective.
Surprised that show hasn't been taking off the air, since 90% of all the murderers shown on the episodes are minorities and god forbid we can't talk about that.
This is a race related story. a group of blacks attacked people.
