We had our differences and will continue to have differences.

It has been an exciting season at times, but mostly it's been filled with huge disappointments. I had a good time with most of you these past six months. At the end of the day we all love the Braves and we are all upset about how things played out this 2014 campaign. Yes I have been an ass because my thoughts about the team were true. I do apologize for that though. I call it like I see it, but shouldn't gloat about it. Enjoy the off season, folks.

I've come 151 games. And for whatever reason, I'm gonna stick it out. Mostly to see if we can actually find a way to finish .500 or better and to see if anyone really has any fight left in them.
 
Sorry for being a dick to some, well, all of you.

Unfortunately i ended up being right again.

Like Niners, i'll be in the BBQ mostly.

Lot of changes need to be made to get back to the playoff (WC?)

I said the Nats would win the division while everyone said otherwise.

Offense was the main problem, not Fredi although Fredi has his problems obviously.

Among other things.
 
I predicted third or fourth in spring training and was laughed at for the record. Sad part is the east will be even tougher next year with Fernandez back and the Mets at full strength.

I predicted about 89-91 wins before the start of the season. I got ridiculed because we won 96 games last yr and we were arguably better than last season and we we would easily win 95+ games again. Looks like I was wrong. We may not even win 81 games.
 
We were contenders for about 140 games. That's a bad season for the Braves but some teams don't play a meaningful game in years like the Mets. I am eternally grateful to the Braves for at least giving us a small glimmer of hope every year. One of these years we will have that magical season where everything goes right. Longer it takes the more satisfying it will be.

That's what makes this season so unacceptable. It's not just because we are way too talented to have this kind of record. It's because we completely collapsed in the second half.
 
Yeah I think this team is the most talented in the NL outside of the Dodgers. I think Bobby could have won 100 games with this team. The hitting coach has to go. There is no downside to that move, we can't possibly get worse at hitting. Fredi needs to go for more reasons than I feel like listing. BJ has to go too even if we have to release him. He is a cancer and I think it affects other players negatively.
 
Never in my life have I seen this much talent on Braves team wasted.... Just a shame... Fredi better be out... Wren? IDK.... Lets face it, he's no John Schuerholz and never was going to be. I never realized how spoiled we might have been from the Cox/Schuerholz combination until we lost it....

We need a combination for the season and the playoffs
