Teams are cursed. Now even future FA additions get injured before signing with Washington.

BTW Brule/GF...my proclamation on Steven Adams might happen this season.

I expect at some point you guys will realize how wrong you were/are!

Steven Adams' preseason so far:
-Gm1: 15 pts, 7 rebs, 7/8 FG
-Gm2: 19 pts, 5 rebs, 8/9 FG
-Gm3: 22 pts, 6 rebs, 9/11 FG

Based on preseason, huh?

Obviously!

I know you didn't watch him play much last year so your evaluation is based off of a stat sheet which is too bad. Especially now with KD out Adams is going to get heavily involved in the offense. Guys that big just aren't supposed to be that athletic. The Westbrook/Adams PnR is going to be absolutely deadly and it has been so far in the pre-season early on.

Bold prediction: Adams will average 10+ points per game this year.

If he's getting all this playing time, how is 10 PPG a "bold" prediction?

Amir Johnson, Chris Kaman, John Henson, Brandon Bass, Channing Frye, JJ Hickson, Spencer Hawes, Blatche, etc

All average to below average bigs that scored more than 10 PPG

A raw project in his second year averaging 10+ points a game on a team that features KD/RW/Ibaka and others is impressive.

Before the playoffs last year you would never have thought this was possible.

Adams is going to be a stud. Defensive anchor who cleans up the glass and can score on the other end. I'm sure you haven't been watching at all but these are not all dunks. He is flashing lefty hooks and nice touch on jump stop shots in the lane. It might not happen this season but at some point you guys will have no choice but to admit you are wrong. I mean, I know you guys won't but Adams is going to easily be a top 10 center in this league and maybe even more.

Now Adams is going to be a stud?

Lol, I need your weed guy.

Rim protectors that can score 10+ points a game are absolutley studs.

Are you not an anlaytics guy at all? Do you realize how important rim protection is in this league?

Let me ask you a legitimate question Brule and I hope you are honest with me.

How many game minutes have you actually watched Adams play?

Sam Dalembert is a rim protector.....right? How valuable is he?

Dalambert is an average rim protector with limited to 0 offensive ability. Even after an awful year he still got 4 million a year.

Well, he's 11th in total blocks over the last 4 years despite playing 3,000 to 5,000 less minutes than all but 2 of the top 10 guys (McGee and Bogut) I assume that qualifies him for better than "average" rim protector.....

At one point Dalambert was a very effective defensive center. But that time has passed but should still be an average one moving forward.

Defensive guys are going to get increases in pay soon as analytics become a bigger part of the game. Those defensive guys that have offensive skills are going to be worth their weight in gold and that is what Adams is going to be.
