Winston is easily the best player in CFB, since me up for him in TB. I'll take the risk with the off the field stuff because he's that good on the field. Nothing phases him, has control of the O as a sophomore and one of the most clutch college QBs in recent memory.

Im not as impressed with him. He's throwing to 5 star WRs all day long. He's hailed last night, but he threw 3 picks and could have had more. (like the next to last TD when its a int if the defenders don't run into each other) Several other passes were off the mark. Plus, he's slow.....like way too slow for a black guy.

They don't play anyone. Of course their stats are going to look good. The best team they played before FSU was Clemson who lost their starting QB in the first quarter, yet still managed to beat them.
Next I'm sure you'll tell me Toledo's offense is better than Auburn's or UGA's, despite Toledo getting throttled by the 9th or 10th best team in the SEC.
Those stats take into account quality of opposition. I mean, not everyone gets to play Tennessee.

Yes and that proves exactly what I was saying. Despite being No.1 statistically coming into FSU, they were ranked 15th on football outsiders. If their quality of opponents was so great, then why isn't the number one defense statistically ranked higher than 15th on that list?
It's because they didn't face anyone that good yet. No one is saying their defense is crap, but it's a far cry from being tops in the nation.
