Well Graham did push off with both hands which is a key indicator of offensive PI. Boldin got called for one earlier in the game. I could see it called either way.

We are just even for the bad roughing the passer last year.

Don't worry, the Niners fans will forget about it, just like how they forgot about the holding/DPI that wasn't called against the Falcons.

In it's strictest rule yes, but NLF players constantly battle for the ball and minimal contact is usually allowed.

Players aren't allowed to extend both hands to someones back while the ball is in the air. That is a textbook offensive PI IMO. Cox absolutely flopped. But that doesn't change that it was PI.

If that was the case Crabterr would be a mediocre at best WR. Randy Moss would have retired before 30.
