Eric Garner doesn't get justice

I just would like to know what evidence the officers had that this guy was selling loose cigarettes. If they had plausible evidence then this guy should not have resisted arrest.

Do people feel the guy was right to resist arrest if he committed a crime?

Resisting arrest happens a lot. It rarely winds up resulting in too much extra stuff. Definately no need to 1. Choke the guy and 2 sit on his chest.

holy ****ing ****

unbelievable

i'm going to get ready to go to dinner.

WOW

bet you also ask what women had on when they were raped too with this type of reasoning and victim blaming

Don't see the correlation. The guy committed a crime and resisted arrest. The officer should not have choked him out, Garner shouldn't have resisted arrest. Pretty simple. What crime do rape victims commit?

I'm not trying to make the argument that the amount of force used was appropriate even if the victim resisted arrest.

Just questioning how you guys feel about someone resisting arrest.
