keep blaming the victim
Never blamed the victim for anything.
Keep dodging the question you can't answer. Typical goldfly
keep blaming the victim
Not sure why the heck Goldfly just got out of control
I guess people are ok with people resisting arrest.
Bc he believes you should be able to do what you want because he has not respect for authority.
I guess people like Goldfly/Zito/Sturg are perfectly ok wth criminals resisting arrest.
Man, its a shame what this country has become. No personal accountability at all.
My generation is really screwing up what this country was built on and stood for. So depressing.

1. You're not a criminal until you're convicted of a crime, it's a core tenant of the US Justice system. Wrongful arrests happen all of the time. If someone resists there's an extra charge it happens, it's built into the system. I'm not "perfectly ok" with resisting arrest, it happens a lot and you're not supposed to choke someone out for it. By your logic if I get pulled over for speeding and mouth off to the officer he could smack the **** out of me for no reason because I'm not blindly obeying.
2. I hate the "my generation is ruining blah blah blah" **** that people my age say. You're way too ****ing young to understand ****. You're buying into the dumb **** that old people say is true. When they did the same **** back then.
3. I'm all for personal accountability, you're accountable for your actions, and that extends to the police too. You don't just get away with killing someone because you felt threatened. If you are threatened by someone who's unarmed, maybe you're in the wrong line of work.
Don't speed. If you do, the office may kill you. Now, he shouldn't do that - but, if you didn't speed, you wouldn't have gotten killed!
Way to make a relevant argument as usual.
You guys are basically letting the cop off with a slap of the wrist
Actually that would be the grand jury. Everyone here thinks the cop was wrong and should be indicted.
Seems like depriving someone of life is a greater offense against law and order—to say nothing of society—than is resisting arrest.
To even bring up that he was resisting arrest is deflecting the blame
