Actually 50poundhead comes from a derisive remark my wife made to me when I went into Cliff Clavin mode one night and demonstrated a knowledge of inconsequential minutae in a nauseating manner that irked her. At one point, she turned to me and said "Well, don't you have just a wonderful fifty pound head." I thought it stuck. Truth be told, I'm a 7 1/2.

As per Bowman's weight. I was pushing 220 in my mid-50s (I'm 5-10). I mean, I wasn't getting so fat you couldn't see my eyes, but I took it upon myself to drop a few. I'm now in the low-190s. It looks like Mark needs to take better care of himself and I hope that he does.
