You're right. My restraint isn't as strong as I hoped it to be. Sometimes you just need to kick the dog even if you know the dog won't learn its lesson.

That's probably it. I might be forgetting someone somewhere. But he's right in that mix. There are several you could argue and I wouldn't disagree.

I take Russ, KD, James, Anthony Davis, Marc Gasol, Steph, and Klay over Harden. That was just a few names off the top of my head.
Wall would be perfect fit for KD. He doesnt play hero ball.

He's not a great shooter, so that works too.
And what happens when teams key in on KD. Wall can't score well enough to pick up the slack.

Well you don't get Wall to be a scorer. He makes everybody else a better option for scoring.
Wall vs Westbrook is an interesting debate. Both have their merits. Hard to take any PG over good RW, but when he's on his bad streaks It can get really dicey.

Bad Russ is bad, no real arguing it.
But i guess only time will tell, and what the supporting casts would look like in those scenarios.
Wall gets easy shots for others as well us he can score himself. His jumper had greatly improved.
Its tough to key in KD if you have a point guard running the offense and setting up others unless uou want the defense playing 3 on 4.
Not only that when he comes, Beal should be a better player.
KD is great. Inagine how good he would be if westbrook didnt take 10 awful shots a night.

On a trrbile team westbrook is far more valuable. Hes better at creating own shot.
Generally outside of the sixers, NbA teams do have some good players. Wall does an amazing job setting up others as descrived by Lowe in that Grantland piece i posted.

Very Flirtatious, but Doubts What Love Is.
For a roster that has often looked so great against top-level competition, the Bulls have really had a pitiful—and, for a Thibodeau-coached team, inordinate—number of real stinker games against sub-.500 teams, especially at home. While I'm far from panicking, this January swoon has kept the Bulls stuck in a scrum with the Wizards and Raptors behind Atlanta; if they'd have just beaten the sub-.500 teams this month, they'd have a pretty nice hold on the #2 seed.
On a related note: Dunleavy was really glue for the starting-unit, and an unheralded lynch-pin for the rotations and wing-depth; his healthy return cannot come soon enough.

Bad Russ is bad.
I do think they need a more natural PG, but they'd never get the value for Russ in a trade.
OKC has too many defensive type of players, while you look at GS, they have tons of players who can score. If KD/Russ dont play well, its hard to win.
