NBA Thread

Oh man what a HUGE win.

Westbrook would be awesome with a team that he was the focal point. He still needs to realize that Durant is the superior player but man what a couple of games he has put together.

BTW, use this tape to see why Adams is going to be awesome. Guy locked up Davis and gave him fits all night.

Thoughts on tonight's game?

I've watched Davis this year for sure. First year with league pass on tv and it's great I love the NBA.

Davis is strictly a PnR player right now and does a great job attacking the offensive glass. That is the extend of his game.

Well then

It is funny how BRule is on here right after every OKC loss, so obsessed.

I've only said that if Davis wants to truly become one of the greats of all time he has to learn how to initiate his own offense. Everything he does is dependent on others on that side of the ball.

I fully expect Davis to become an elite defender. I just don't believe he is there yet.

You do say

No, thats not what I'm saying at all. Clearly, Davis has a much more of an overall impact on the game because of what he does in totality. But, in terms of a player being really good at both offense and defense I think Butler is slightly ahead because not only is he an elite defensive player but he is the type of player that can facilitate an offensive gameplan. Maybe Davis gets there at some point but right now he is strictly a PnR (which includes pick and pop) and an offensive rebounder. Right now Davis is a better version of Ibaka which is an incredible player.

Go on...

He's had three, 3's his entire career, that was his 1st.

thethe still isnt wrong with that.

Im sure you're happy your Pelicans won, chop.

The only other players to average 24.9 / 10.4 with 2.8 blocks and 1.6 steals are:

David Robinson
Hakeem Olajuwon
Kareem Abdul Jabar

Oh and he's TWENTY ONE!
